RETURNS POLICY
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy.
We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat customers fairly, they in turn are fair also.
We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of the sale is available, we'll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided on a Gift Card at the current price.

If you have a return or exchange, the Supplier must be notified first within 14 days of
receipt of the package.
If the item is to be exchanged, the item must be returned to the Supplier first and another order can be placed at your earliest convenience.
If the item is simply not wanted, the customer shall pay for the cost of the return; if the item arrives damaged, return shipping will be handled by the supplier.
